Mageli Camping - information

Welcome to Mageli Camping

This campsite guarantees that the cabin will be clean upon your arrival. If a problem arises, you must notify the reception within 1 hour of arriving at the cabin, and we will help you. We want you to be satisfied! This guarantee is only valid for check-in before 20:00. If you arrive after this time, the problem may not be resolved until the following day. We wish all our guests a pleasant stay at Mageli Camping.

Here is useful and important information

Opening hours at reception/kiosk in high season:

• Monday – Sunday 08.00 – 22.00
• Night guard 22.00 – 08.00
• Opening hours pool in high season: Monday – Sunday 10.00 – 20.00
• Opening hours restaurant in high season: Monday – Sunday 12.00 – 21.00

• All check-in and check-out takes place at our reception. Check in time is from 15.00. The keys to the cabin must be handed in at 12.00 to the reception on the day of departure.
• Our cabins are non-smoking. We ask you to respect this. The stay will be charged NOK 1,000 if this is violated.
• Animals are allowed in the cabins except for the 8 bed cabins. But it is not allowed to have the animal in bed or on the sofa.
• There is free wireless internet throughout the place. Unfortunately, the internet can be somewhat unstable. The password is mageli2019
• Tokens for washing/drying clothes cost NOK 50,-
• If something is missing or broken, the cabin has not been satisfactorily cleaned, contact reception immediately after arrival. We then have the opportunity to accommodate you and ensure that things are sorted out, and that you`ll have a nice stay.
• Checklist before departure: Kitchen/living room - Wipe down tables/surfaces. All cutlery, cups, plates, etc. must be washed. All pots and pans must be washed. Coffee machines must be cleaned.  Make sure the fridge is emptied and washed. Rubbish must be thrown in the bins at the waste disposal site in the north, or at the playground. Wash the floors. Bedroom - If you have rented bed linen, this must be removed and placed in the pillowcases.
• For paid final cleaning: Empty all rubbish into a rubbish container at the waste disposal site in the north, or at the playground in the south. Wash up cups, cutlery, plates, pots etc. - If you have rented bed linen, this must be removed and placed in the pillowcases. Check that all lights are off and the windows are closed.
• We have two sanitary facilities located respectively in the north and south of the site. These are open around the clock. To use the washing machine and dryer you have to have tokens. These can be bought in the kiosk, these cost NOK 50,- per piece. Only the sanitary facility in the south of the camping has a washroom.
• There are 4 charging stations for electric cars at the parking lot nearby the reception. It is not permitted to charge the car from the cabin or other power outlets.
